Diana Erzuah Set To Launch " Me Yonko" album on 2nd February

Praises and worship leader and songwriter Diana Erzuah is set to launch an amazing and melodious album dubbed “Me Yonko” on the  2 February, 2020.   "Me Yonko" happens to be the musician latest album which comprisinig of an eight-track worship songs, which seeks to inspire and motivate gospel lovers all over the world. Diana Erzuah is the team leader at Diana Erzuah Ministries. According to her, the album is more of evangelism - it carries a strong message of love and gives hope to the hopeless. She said, "her songs comprises of different messages on soul winning, God's grace, thanksgivings and healing." Residents of Domeabra clash with Agona SDA School management over road block: Which institution’s failure caused it?

Some residents of Domeabra, a suburb of Agona Nkwanta in the Ahanta West Municipal Assembly have expressed their anger and antagonism over the blockage of a road which passes through the compound of Agona SDA Basic school. The residents, who on Saturday, 11th January, 2020 stormed the premises of the School, which shares same compound with the Agona Central SDA church to protest against this move by the school’s leadership, strongly maintain that that road has been used for over two (2) decades and serves as the only route to their homes, hence, the blockage is affecting them. Agona Nkwanta - Busua Stretch; a disaster in waiting

Danger is looming on the Agona Nkwanta - Busua, Dixcove Highway as the road has developed major cracks and faults. The side of the road has shifted and tilted the heavy concrete structure. According to pedestrians and residents, the road shifted when a car  rammed it. Drivers and Pedestrians are now using half of the road, which they say can  possible result in disaster.  Speaking with some of the residents and pedestrian there is defective road, there is also a huge dent in the innermost lane of the side of the road, which poses danger to motorists, especially those who are not familiar with that stretch. Since the Agona Nkwanta- Busua, Dixcove highway was opened to motorists, a lot of cars fell in a ditch due to how the road slopes. Member of Parliament for Ahanta West Constituency, Ebenezer Kojo Kum has been nominated to serve on the Community Parliament of ECOWAS. He will be serving with seven other Representatives of the Parliament of Ghana; Ama Pomaa Boateng, MP- Juaben Constituency, Wabab Wumbei Suhuyini, MP- Tolon, Collins Owusu Amankwa, MP-Manhyia North Constituency, Clement Kofi Humado, MP-Anlo constituency, Mahama Ayariga, MP-Bawku Central Constituency, Sampson Ahi, MP-Bodi Constituency; led by Kwasi Ameyaw-Cheremeh, MP-Sunyani East constituency. Patnaya Foundation donates to children at Aboom School for Special Needs

Patnaya Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organisation committed to helping the less privileged, PATNAYA foundation yesterday donated assorted items to Children with special needs at the Aboom School for Special Needs of the Central Region. The items, which included; toiletries, bags of rice, gallons of cooking oil, drinks, boxes of tomatoes, Stationaries, washing powders, scrubbing brushes, mob bucket, sanitary pads and  among others, valued at GHC4,000.00 were donated to the management of the School as members of the Foundation also spent time playing with the children. Miss Portia Nana Yaa Cudjoe, the founder, said through the research of the Foundation, it found out that Aboom School for Special needs was consistently in dire need of the donated items and hence the decision to extend their helping hand to them. The Western Region House of Chiefs is demanding the reinstatement of Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II, Paramount Chief for Sefwi-Anhwianso traditional area, as the Chair of the Governance and Development Committee of the National House of Chiefs. The Western Region House of Chiefs (WRHC) scorned that the removal of the embattled chief, is ‘an affront to the customary integrity of the Chieftancy Institution and natural justice’. Southey Contracting Limited celebrates xmas with Sekondi School for the Deaf

Southey Contracting, an industrial and engineering services company in Ghana’s upstream oil and gas sector, has extended some of the excitement of its Christmas package to pupils of the Sekondi School for the Deaf in the western region, with a donation of assorted provisions and food items. Southey Contracting Limited made the donation to the school in line with its policy of promoting good corporate neighborliness, and to show commitment to the development of the school.  The donation, which took place at the school’s premises was aimed at putting smiles on the faces of the pupils in the Christmas festive season. Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Favour Aflakpui, the Headmistress of the school commended Southey Contracting Limited for the donation and said the donation was timely and would help the pupils.
